Yes, we can assist with preparing your USCIS forms whether you are located inside or outside the United States.
Does the USCIS forms have specific dates that make them compliant?
USCIS forms are often updated. We ensure you are using the most current and compliant version of the forms available.
What important things should people know or have ready before they contact you for help?
Before contacting us, please identify who the petitioning party is and confirm if they have US Citizenship. Additionally, please note that we cannot assist if you have a criminal record.
What unique benefits or peace of mind do your clients get by choosing you to help with their documents?
We take the time to explain every question on the form. Where there is confusion, we clarify its meaning. All answers on your form come DIRECTLY from you, our client. We never make assumptions or suggestions. It's crucial that our clients fully understand the content of each form and the answers they provide, ensuring they are clear, truthful, and correct.
Can I file my forms online or in paper format?
We prepare forms that can be filed in both online and paper formats, depending on the specific USCIS requirements for your application.
How do I know USCIS received my documents?
USCIS typically sends a receipt notice once they receive your documents. We can help you understand what to expect regarding confirmation of receipt.
What happens next?
After submission, the process varies depending on the form and specific immigration pathway. We can guide you on the general next steps, without giving legal advice and how to monitor your application's progress.
What are some common misunderstandings or confusions people have about your services, especially regarding what you can and cannot do?
It's important to understand that I cannot give legal advice or represent a client in Immigration court, as I am not a practicing immigration attorney. I am an Immigration Forms Specialist and can only advise and assist with the completion of USCIS forms. I can consult on the content of the forms and assist with gathering the supporting documents needed to accompany the application form. I also offer Notary services, as detailed on our Notary Service page, and these fees are separate from any other service.
